State Operations Associate
Overview:
State Operations Associates will enable the work of the State Operations team by executing on essential projects and tracking. State Operations Associates will work closely with stakeholders in HQ and in the states to ensure smooth, effective operations processes. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely execution of operations processes
- Assist with providing resources to coordinated campaign teams
- Execute special projects within the State Operations team
- Keep records and manage tracking of implementation of various processes across the states
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of budgeting
- Experience working with and creating spreadsheets
- Familiarity with political campaigns, volunteering or otherwise
- Willingness to execute on the small details that make big projects successful
The starting salary for this position is $60,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which means you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
