Description

Key states are recruiting Fellows to ensure that Vice President Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot secure victory in November. Fellows will support staff in areas including direct voter contact, volunteer recruitment and cultivation, and administrative support. They will have the opportunity to train with state and national headquarters, cultivate mentor relationships and networking, and gain valuable organizing experience. Experience is not required, including specific campaign experience. Fellowships run for a maximum of 12 weeks, for up to 30 hours per week. Fellows report directly to Regional Organizers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers through phonebanking, social media research, community meeting attendance, and office event planning. 
• Build relationships with new and existing volunteers.
• Make direct voter contact, including contacting voters and collecting data.
• Support staff as needed in organizing tactics, digital and relational tactics, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in interactive and asynchronous training sessions, panels, and other learning and development activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
