National State Operations Desk
Overview:
The National State Operations Desks will be the primary points of contact for all battleground state operations needs. They will work closely with the operations teams in their assigned states, and serve as a key support system for the State COOs. National Operations Desks will work closely with stakeholders in HQ and in the states to ensure smooth, effective operations processes. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support assigned State COOs, including serving as a dotted line manager and thought partner
- Manage and create processes to move resources from HQ to the states
- Oversee the Operations planning process for assigned states
- Support the development of robust systems for HR, office procurement, purchasing, etc in assigned states
- Hire and manage State Operations Associate(s)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of coordinated campaign operations
- 2 cycles of experience in operations, with at least one as a Director
- Familiarity with best practices in HR
- Knowledge of and experience with FEC regulations
- Experience in more than one state a plus
The starting salary for this position is $100,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position that may require work on weekends. This is an exempt position.
